下班後的生活(一)|斜槓|興趣培養|充實自己|第二專長

前言

嗨，各位讀者好，我是Sidney，今天想跟大家聊聊，如何度過一個充實的下班生活與個人的興趣培養。

回想起自己成為社會人士，已經經過3年，即將年滿30歲的我，想跟大家分享，在這段日子中，我除了上班以外，下班後還一直持續維持進修的學習生活，是如何做到時間分配與取捨的，今天主要會跟大家做一些基本的介紹。

時間的種類

說實話，這對很多人來講，並不是一件容易的事情，依我個人的觀點來看，身為社會人士的我們基本上會把時間花費在四大面向。

  1. 事業工作
  2. 家庭生活
  3. 人際社交
  4. 興趣培養


1.事業工作，正職的工作可能會是我們主要的收入來源，也是我們日常時間裡，投入最多時間占比的一部分；還有部分會在下班後進行兼職或是協槓活動的時間。


2.家庭生活，包含我們自己的原生家庭與我們自組建立的新家庭，大部分都是我們延續下班後，最常接觸到的人事物一環，可能要陪伴家人，不管年老的父母或是還在求學階段的女子，我們也都必須花費大量的時間來照顧、關心，也佔據了我們平常的下班與假日時間。


3.人際社交，這部分包含還未成為婚姻家庭關係的戀人、伴侶，以及單身中正在尋求對象的男男女女，還有一般正常維持友誼的社交人際關係，這部分花費的占比則是因人而異，不論是感情穩定抑或是還在追尋對象的人士，都得付出一定的時間來維持關係的穩定與追求，大部分的時間花費也都是集中在假日居多，而因為花在對象上的時間多，相對投入在一般友誼社交的時間就會減少，這也是大部分社會人士的寫照。


4.興趣培養，這部分涵蓋的範圍就相對的大，其實也包含上述3種，這是因為個人興趣不同，有可能是會重疊的，像是有些人就特別喜歡談戀愛跟交朋友，所以會跟上述的內容重疊，但撇除這些以外，我個人會把第二專長、個人興趣、以及斜槓的技能(部分與1重疊)列入此項，因為這些項目都屬於是一種獨立的區域，可能會是我們個人下班後的心靈慰藉，放鬆的管道，或是一直以來渴望碰觸的事物，抑或是帶有個人目標性想要達成的期望，會有比較多是帶有愛好&想要達成的目標元素，是需要額外再挪出時間來經營的，也是我今天想跟各位聊聊分享的部分。

執行上的困難

但從上述這幾項分類來看，其實我們要挪出時間來進行興趣培養，可以說是非常的困難，大家試著去想像，如果你今天是一位35~40歲的社會人士，有家庭及子女要兼顧，你在一間小有規模的上市櫃公司上班，每天通勤來回需要60~90分鐘，正常上班8小時之後，還要再加班1~2小時，下班後還要查看小孩子的作業、學校生活是否安好，假日還要回家鄉慰問在老家的雙親，試問有多少可以挪出來經營自己，充實自己?
我想這是我們大部人的寫照，雖然你可能不完全像我上面描述的那樣，但也不要懷疑我所說的，而且我真的不是拿自己當例子!

優勢與取捨|時間分配

但畢竟每個人的情況不同，我剛剛只是列舉出一種比較常見的狀況，但如果你今天未婚、無子、雙親依然健康，不需要你照顧、也不常安排社交活動，只是有個長期交往的對象，需要每週花點時間陪伴對方，其實你是有足夠的時間來進行興趣培養的!

甚至是你可能已經介於50~60歲，你的女子已經不太需要你花費心力照顧，只需要每個月提供他零用錢，他就能好好照顧好自己，而你只需要花點時間照顧年邁的雙親，或是已經不需要再照顧雙親，其實你是有時間來投入自己的興趣培養的!

又或者是你非常幸運，你的住家與公司距離非常近，而且不太需要加班，這可以讓你每天至少比別人多出2~3個小時的空檔，讓你擁有大把的時間可以好好規劃自己的興趣培養！

以上都是屬於所謂的個人優勢，至於取捨則是，你很難兼顧每一點都要達成，要花大量時間加班賺錢、又要照顧家庭、又要安排大量的人際社交、又想要專注自己的興趣培養，這是非常困難的!

舉例來說，1個禮拜有5個上班日，2個假日，一個月平均來說有4週，該如何規劃時間? 我想你可以好好想想!
假設週一~週五，安排自己有3天可以加班，剩下2天的下班時間可以進行自己的興趣培養，假日則是可以固定安排1天跟自己的對象相處以及研究自己的興趣，剩下的1天可以安排陪伴家人與好好休息，之所以必定安排休息，是因為在週日之後，就要面對令人憂鬱的藍色星期一，所以好好休息也是很重要的，安排太多太滿的行程，也是會導致精神疲乏，所以我一定會安排在週日最後的半天，留時間給自己好好休息，以及趁機整理一下家裡的環境，好面對接下來的一週。

當然以上只是粗略的排版方式，也不一定真的每週都要按表操課，大家可以保有一定的彈性或是自己調整所謂的取捨，像是如果你的家人依舊身體健康，跟伴侶也維持穩定的關係，甚至還同居，所以不一定真的需要安排一個完整的時段給這些人事物，只需要利用瑣碎的時間互相陪伴彼此；同理，如果你還跟家人住再一起的話也是如此，完全可以把時間留給自己好好利用，即便你的工作是需要時常加班的社畜，也可以參考以下修正的時間分配表2，你完全可以趁周末晚上，或是週六好好地陪伴自己的愛人，以及專注在自己的興趣上，至於其他人際社交與陪伴家人的時間則可以一個月安排一次就好，維持基本的交流默契，不至於讓你失去與這些人事物的連結，甚至每個月的最後一週還能把時間完全留給自己，讓你充分發揮，或是參與其他額外活動!

準備的理由

考量到每個人的情況不同，能夠做的時間分配表其實也不一樣，但只要你越年輕，越沒有束縛，相信你可以調整的彈性、自由度會更大! 這就是屬於你的優勢，所以我強烈建議大家趁著自己還是學生或是單身的時候，就可以找到屬於自己的興趣並且好好培養。

不過為什麼我們需要做這些呢?說實話我也不知道大家的目的是什麼! 而我起初只是出於自己的興趣來學習，當然在這過程當中曾經萌生過可以培養成第二專長或是斜槓的念頭，但後來發現太不切實際了!
所謂的第二專長與斜槓是建立在真的已經培養起來的技能基礎之上，才能夠執行的，如果只是單純的興趣培養，實力還只是半調子，實在是不建議出來害人，當然如果是建立在互相學習、或是磨練自己的基礎之上去嘗試、練習、輸出技能，我認為是可以的，畢竟任何技能都需要輸入與輸出的過程。
而有些技能確實是有所謂的公道價與學習成本，只要不是太過分的收費機制，以及能夠在採取收費的同時，告知對方目前的基礎，只要對方可以接受，我認為則是可以的，千萬不要在自己還是半吊子的狀態，就跟他人收取正常或是正常水準以上的費用，這是一件不道德且敗壞自己口碑的行為!

另外一點需要培養興趣的理由，我則認為是打發時間以及找尋自己的目標來支撐煩躁的生活，畢竟在這個時代，我相信很多人只把上班當作是一份工作，而不是志業，更多的是希望能把專注力回歸到自己身上，找到屬於自己真正的目標，這個時候你的興趣就變得極為重要，這可能是你每天成為行屍走肉上班中，唯一的支撐動力，想想自己為了能夠在週末的時間與女友/男友約會，或是能夠奔向北海岸的海灘來一場水下活動的興奮感，就足以讓你每天上班面對那些令你厭煩的工作了對吧!?

我的實績

講了這麼多，卻還沒分享我個人的時間安排，以及我到底做了哪些興趣，回想自己出社會的這3年，這段期間也經歷了很多，在學習興趣上也遭遇過詐騙而耽誤了一些時間，如果有看我網站上的其他文章或是IG，應該會有一點印象，我自己在這3年的時間，學習過塔羅牌、古典占星、紫微斗數，近期還開始學習日文，老實講要在這3年之間塞入這些課程，實在是有點困難，如果大家是曾經學過這門技能的讀者，應該能夠瞭解，要完整、扎根的學習好，恐怕不是2、3年可以完成的，哪怕只是學習一項技術都是如此，更不用說我在這3年同時學習這些，所以我的能力大概也就那樣，因為一些因素，我是同時學習這些課程以及交叉學習，在每一個課程之間的空檔來穿插學習，不敢說自己在這些技能上有著能夠教導別人的能力，但自娛娛人倒是還可以。
